Know what's holding it up
Mark a stage blocked with an explanation. The team overview surfaces blocked, unassigned, or overdue work, and technicians can claim available stages.
Preserve context
Individual comments keep their authors and timestamps. Stock used on a turn can be linked to it. Whole-turn and stage changes have recorded revisions and guarded restoration for supported fields.
Checklist, photo and history capabilities
Property-editable Punch templates and recorded checklist responses are available, including item notes, completion sign-off and photo evidence. Photos can also be added to the turn and individual stages.
Supported edits can be reviewed and restored with permission and conflict checks. Managers can export supported company-wide records and property-specific work archives. Older changes that predate revision tracking may not be recoverable; date-filtered or very large multi-volume exports are still being developed.
