Includes 250 MB per unit in one company-wide pool, with a minimum of 10.24 GB for small portfolios. Photo estimates use an average of 300–500 KB per compressed image; thumbnail and other file overhead reduce actual photo capacity. Actual image sizes vary. Taxes and separately arranged services are additional.

Maintenance photographs may matter for years. Instead of treating storage as an invisible cost, ReadyTrak explains the shared space included in your subscription and shows your company's usage.
Each managed unit contributes capacity to the same pool. A difficult apartment can use more photos without a separate per-unit restriction, and quiet units leave room for the rest of your properties.
Additional capacity can be arranged through ReadyTrak support. Authorized managers can download verifiable company-wide archives of supported work records and photographs. Self-service storage purchases, date-filtered or multi-volume exports, and destructive archival cleanup remain in development. Non-destructive retention planning and preservation holds are available. Property-work archives and bounded queued exports are supported where a worker is configured.

A few useful details.
Do you charge for properties or users?
No. Billing uses your company's declared apartment-unit total, not its property or staff-account count. You can organize your portfolio however you need.
Does each apartment have a storage limit?
No. Each managed unit increases one shared company pool. A larger-than-usual documentation job can use more space without an apartment-specific quota.
Can we get more storage?
Yes. Contact ReadyTrak support about additional pooled space. Self-service storage purchasing is still being built.
Can we keep our photographs indefinitely?
Your attachments remain in the company pool unless removed through authorized processes. Managers can export supported company records and photographs with an integrity manifest; non-destructive retention planning and preservation holds are supported; archival deletion and cleanup are still planned. Exports do not free ReadyTrak storage.
Can we try ReadyTrak first?
Yes. The interactive public demo needs no login or payment information. You can also begin a 14-day workspace trial through signup, with no payment card required. After 14 days the workspace becomes read-only until billing is set up; your existing records remain viewable.
