Is pricing per property or per unit?
Per property. We never charge by unit count.
How many users are included?
Unlimited staff and vendor seats on all plans.
Are there feature differences between plans?
No. All plans use the same ReadyTrak app. Pricing is based on how many properties you manage and the level of support and onboarding you want.
Do vendors cost extra?
No. Vendor seats are free and scoped to what you assign.
Can we add/remove properties any time?
Yes. As you add or remove properties, your invoice adjusts based on the active property count.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes — especially on Enterprise. We can bring the per-property add-on down with annual commitment.
